The hormones that our bodies produce to respond to stressful situations or periods, can give you these physical stress symptoms: If you have any of the following, it can be an indication that you have unhealthy stress levels and I would suggest doing some stress management before they turn in to chronic problems or you develop or worsen mental health problems.

- You Experience Chest Pains, Rapid Heartbeat or High Blood Pressure
